BY-LAW DESIGNATING THROUGH HIG~NAYS
iVHEREAS subsection 3 of Section 39 of The Highway Traffic
Act (R.s.o. 1937, Chap. 288) provides that: -
The operator or driver of every vehicle shall before enter-
ing or crossing a through highway bring the vehi<Jle or oar to a full
stop irmnediately before entering the nearest crosswalk; and
"Through Highway" shall mean any highway or part of a high~
way designated as such by the Minister or by by-law of a municipality

approved by the Department, and every such high.vay shall be marked to
comply with the regulations of the Department;
NOW THEREFORE THE ii!UNICIP.AJ.. CoUiqCIL OF THE CORPORMION OF
TH'.': TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following highways and parts of highways in the Town
of Aurora are designated as "through highways":
Hams of Street
Yonga
. Wellington
Wallington
Tyler
Mosley
Church-Metcalfe
Berczy
