The twenty second meeting of the town Council was held in the Council
Room on monday evening November 29th, I909, the members present being the
Mayor , :S.eeve and Councillors Bond/ Bassett, Browning and Delahaye.
I\linutes of last meeting read and confirmed.
1\!r D. E. Rogers appeared before the Council and asked that a new pipe be
laid on lillill street for water service.

Moved by Mr Bond seconded byi~r Delahaye that the Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and instructed to have· the By-Law read a first and
second time .at the meeting of this Couhcil on IKonday evening November
Ist, entitled A By-Law to prohibit the sale of spirituous, fermented
or manufactured liquors in the Municipality of Aurora, published
three times in the Aurora Banner commencing with December IOth I909.

Moved by Iir Bassett seconded by Mr Bond' that the Clerk be and is here
by instructed to advertise for 40 toise of stone same to be delivered
on the streets of Aurora on or before April Ist I9IDO as directed by
the Chief, tenders to be in the-hands of bhe Clerk on or before Deco.
I8th, I9WO, and that the seal of the Corporation be attached to this
resolution.
