The seventh meeting o~ the Council ~or 1909 was held on Tuesday evening
April 6th 1909, the ~ollowing members being present, the Mayor, Reeve ad
and Councillors Browning, Delahaye, Hastings and Querrie, the Mayor in tfi
the chair.

Moved by Mr Knowles seconded by Mr Browning that Mr c. Kennedy be
reangaged for eight months for the sum of four hundred and twenty
dollars the contract to commence April 12th and that the sael of the
Corporation be attached to this resolution.
Carried.
Couneil then adjourned to mwet at the call of the Mayor.
