BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF PART 0~, .COT 21 ACCORDING TO REJISTERED

\VHEREAS the lvl.lnicipa.:t Corporarion of the 'l'own of Aurora purports
to be the owner of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Aurora composed of part of
Village lot number 21 on the north side ofCentre Street (now named Tyler Street)
on Plan made by Robert F, Lynn, P.L.S. registered as Number Nine (9) and butted
and bounded as follows: Cor<L;lencing at a point in the Southerly limit of the said
Lot, Forty-two ( 42 1 ) Feet westerly from the South-east angle thereof; '~'HEi.WE
E'lsterly alon,,; the said Southern limit ]'orty-two (42') feet to the said South-east

OF AUIDRli. ENACTS AS BOLLOWS:
lo That the Mayor and Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute and complete a good and sufficient conveyance of the
said parcel in favour of John :!!obert Waller and Barbara Millicent Waller, or their
nominee, on the payment of the said money, and on a house being erected thereon
