RECOMMENDED:
That report PL13-027 be received; and
THAT application for Draft Plan of Subdivision D12-03-12 (Rod Coutts and
Brian Coutts) be approved, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule
A of this report; and
THAT Zoning By-law Amendment file D14-16-12 (Rod Coutts & Brian
Coutts) be approved, to zone the subject lands from Rural Oak Ridges
Moraine (RU-ORM) to, “R5” – Special Mixed Density Residential (R5)
Zone, “RR-ORM” – Rural Oak Ridges Moraine Exception Zone, “O” Major
Open Space Exception Zone, “EP” Environmental Protection Exception
Zone, “I” Institutional Exception Zone (subject to a Holding Symbol “H”).
The Holding symbol “H” shall be lifted upon approval of the future site plan
application; and
THAT a total of 195 units (580 person’s equivalent) of water and sewage
capacity be allocated to the draft plan of subdivision; and
THAT the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute a Subdivision
Agreement, including all of the Agreements referenced in the Conditions of
Approval, and all documents and ancillary agreements required to give
effect to same.
