THE TOWN OF AURORA COUNCIL REPORT No. HAC12-11 SUBJECT: Heritage Advisory Committee Report, November 26, 2012 DATE: November 28, 2012 RECOMMENDATIONS THAT Council adopt the following recommendation from the Heritage Advisory Committee meeting of November 26, 2012: 1. HAC12-019 – Heritage Permit Application (NE-HCD-HPA-12-06) Demolition of house and garage for new construction of detached single family residence 86 Centre Street Committee and Original Staff Recommendation: THAT report HAC12-019 be received; and THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee recommend to Council: THAT the demolition of the existing single-storey house and garage be approved; and THAT the proposed new two-storey brick reconstruction be subject to review by the Aurora Heritage Advisory Committee and Council through the Permit Application Process.
