BYLAW - Requiring Removal of Snow From Sidewalks - 19441204 - 91444of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora. BY"LAW REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF SNOW FROM SIDEWALKS. WHEREAS by Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1~37, Chapter 266, by•laws may be passed by Councils of Local Municipalities requiring the clearance and removal of the snow end iee from the sidewalks and for reg- ulating the times when and the manner in which the same shall be done. AND WHEREAS .the Uouncil of the Gorpt)ration of the Town of ~ J.)J Aurora deems it expedient to pass such a by-law to provide for the clearance and removal.of snow afta ~e from off the sidewalks in the Corporation. NOW ·THEREFORE 'illiS MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: l. The occupants of buildings adjoining any of the streets or highways within the limits of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora are hereby j. 14 required to clear away and remove the snow ~a iee from the sidewalks adjoining · their premises, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this by•law. 2. In the case of when snow or sleet has fallen during the night, the I occupantsof business places are hereby required and shall clear and remove the snow and ice from off the sidewalk adjoining such business placesby // o'clock the following day and the occupants of all other buildings are hereby required j d }j and shall remove the snow ana ice from off the sidewalk adjoining such buildings by I o'clock the folloVIIing day.
