\'IID\IREilS Agreement entered in to between Daniel Williamson,
as Purchaser, and The Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora, as Vendor,
the said Daniel 'liillia;coson, did agree to purchase and the said Corporation
did agree to sell that certain parcel or tract of land and premises,situate,
lying and being in the rrown of .Aurora, in the County of York, and being com-
posed of Lot 131 according to Plan 246 for the Town of Aurora, at or for the
price of $1210.00.
:kiiD \VffilREAS the terms and conditions of the said agreement
have been complied with and the said Corporation is now the owner of the said
lands by virtue of a tax deed, and the said .Daniel Williamson is entLUed to
a deed of the said property.

lo That the Mayor and Treasurer of the said ·corporation be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver in favour of
the said Daniel Williamson, a good and sufficient conveyance of the said
property, and to cause the seal of the Corporation to be attached thereto.
