of the Municipal Corporation of the
Town of Aurora.
BY-LAW TO APPOINT A HIGH SCHOOL TRUSTEE.
WHEREAS pursuant to The High Schools Act, R.s.o.
1937, Chapter 360, the Council of a Municipality, in which a high
school is situate, not being a city or separat,ed town, shall appoint
,three Trustees to the High School Board of such Municipality.
AND WHEREAS the term of office of
one of the Trustees appointed by the Council of the Municipal Cor-
poration of the Town of Aurora to the High School J>oard of the Town
of Aurora now expires.
HOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE COR-
PORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That(!_~ be and he is hereby
• appointed a Trustee of The High School .aoard of the Town of Aurora
to serve for the years 1943, 1944 and 1945,
