DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
There were no disclosures of interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, 1983.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
#1. Moved by Councillor Jones Seconded by Councillor Ochalski
THAT the content of the Agenda as circulated by the Clerk's
Department be approved as outlined herein.

Town of East Gwillimbury re: Urban Designations
#2. Moved by Councillor McKenzie Seconded by Councillor Ochalski
THAT the matter be referred to the Director of Planning to provide
the appropriate information requested for the Regional Official
Plan.

THAT Council approve in principle the attached draft Fence By-law.

THAT review of the draft Taxi Cab By-law be deferred to the
Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for June 3, 1991.

PW91-042-155 -Collection and Disposal of Refuse By-law 3261-91
#5. Moved by Councillor McKenzie Seconded by Councillor Weller
THAT By-law 3261-91 be revised prior to third reading to change
Article 1.7 ''Container'' to exclude the requirement that disposable
plastic garbage bags must be made of clear plastic; and
THAT By-law 3261-91 be revised to require that clear plastic
disposable bags be used for the collection of organic yard
materials as defined under Intermittently Collected Refuse listed
in Schedule B to the By-law.

Requested that outdated signs
relating to land development be
removed from certain locations in
the Town.
-Noted that such signs often spell
