1. Call to Order
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:48 p.m.
Council consented to resolve into a Closed Session at 5:48 p.m.
Council reconvened into open session at 5:54 p.m.
2. Approval of the Agenda
Moved by Councillor Weese
Seconded by Councillor Gallo
That the agenda as circulated by Legislative Services be approved.

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.50.
4. Consideration of Items Requiring Discussion
Moved by Councillor Weese
Seconded by Councillor Thompson
That Council resolve into a Closed Session to consider the following matter:
1. Closed Session Report No. CS26-001 - Appointments to Cannabis Retail
Review Task Force
Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local
board employees as per Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
