DESCRIPTION OF PUBLIC SERVICES ACCEPTED:
All surface and subsurface service work contained within the subject
development including watermain, storm and sanitary sewer, streets,
sidewalk, streetlighting and signing, landscaping and driveway construction.
A certified cheque is being held by the Town in order to assure the
rectification of driveway deficiencies, said cheque representing 125%
of estimated costs. In addition, a second certified cheque is being held in
order to satisfy Construction Lien Act requirements.

The undersigned hereby certifies that the Public Services described
above have been installed in accordance with the requirements of the
Town's specifications, the Subdivision Agreement, and to our own
satisfaction.
I further certify that the maintenance period as stipulated in the
Subdivision Agreement has expired, and that all deficiencies have
been rectified to our own satisfaction.
The Public Services described above are accepted herewith by the Town.

satisfaction and that those requirements for final acceptance as set out in Part
II. Section 22, Subsection (1) have been complied with.
