A certified cheque is being held by the Town in order to assure the rectification of driveway deficiencies, said cheque representing 125% of estimated costs. In addition, a second certified cheque is being held in order to satisfy Construction Lien Act requirements. I further certify that the maintenance period as stipulated in the Subdivision Agreement has expired, and that all deficiencies have been rectified to our own satisfaction.
