DATE OF ACCEPTANCE: September 25, 1991 DESCRIPTION OF PUBLIC WORKS ACCEPTED: All services referred to in Section 3.01 of the Subdivision Agreement between Barnumtown Construction Inc. and The Town of Aurora for Registered Plan 65M-2748. DESCRIPTION OF STREETS IN WHICH PUBLIC WORKS ACCEPTED ARE LOCATED AS PER REGISTERED PLAN 65M-2748 *Corner Ridge Road Little Erica Way *Only the section within Registered Plan 65M-2748 The undersigned hereby certifies that the Public Works, described above have been installed in accordance with the requirements of The Town of Aurora's specifications and the above noted agreement and that all municipal departments have been informed of this matter. I futher certify that the maintenance period, as stipulated in the agreement, has expired, and that all deficiencies have been rectified to the Town's satisfaction, and that requirements for final acceptance as set out in Sections 3.11 and 3.12 have been complied with. The Public Works as described above are herewith accepted by The Town of Aurora. Bowes Director of Public Works Assumption of Services for the Barnumtown Subdivision 1. RECOMMENDATIONS/CONCLUSIONS: It is recommended that Council assume the services within the subject development as contained within the registered plan 65M-2748. It is recommended that the Town retain financial securities in the amount of $50,000.00 pending the satisfactory performance of all paved driveways in the subdivision and a road repair on Comer Ridge Road, to be reviewed by the Town for acceptability prior to June 15, 1992. 2. BASIC DATA PERTAINING TO THE MATTER: The maintenance period, as set out in the terms of the Subdivision Agreement, has expired. Barnumtown Construction Inc. has undertaken extensive works and has completed all outstanding works save and except the items noted above. The remaining works shall be inspected for acceptance by the Town before June 15, 1992. Public Works staff have reviewed all inspection reports of the subject development and are satisfied that the services are in good condition and have been completed in accordance with the terms of the. Subdivision Agreement. 3. EFFECT ON TOWN FINANCES: 3.1 Current Year Release of all financial securities, save and except $50,000.00 (as noted above) which shall remain in effect until June 15, 1992. 3.2 Future Years ` The Town will, upon issuance of the Certificate of Acceptance, be responsible for all future operational and maintenance costs. -2- 4.
