ALLISON, DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SERVICES DATE: FEBRUARY 27, 1998 CO3/07-98 RE: COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1998 Your attention is drawn to the following which was adopted by Council at the above - noted meeting: PW98-010-050 re: Acceptance of Municipal Services - Twice Elegant Subdivision, Registered Plan 65M-2786 THAT Council grant approval for the acceptance of the municipal services within the Twice Elegant Subdivision contained within Registered Plan 65M-2786, as indicated on Schedule A attached to Report PW98-010- 050; THAT the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue a Certificate of Acceptance of Public Works for said lands as required under Section 3.12 of the Subdivision Agreement; and THAT all municipal servicing securities related to this development be released with the exception of $7,500.00, which shall be retained to guarantee completion of outstanding works. DATE OF ACCEPTANCE: February 25, 1998 DESCRIPTION OF PUBLIC WORKS ACCEPTED: All services referred to in Section 3.01 of the Subdivision Agreement between Twice Elegant Ltd. and the Town of Aurora for the Registered Plan 65M-2786. DESCRIPTION OF STREETS IN WHICH PUBLIC WORKS ACCEPTED ARE LOCATED AS PER REGISTERED PLAN 65M-2786: Lensmith Drive* Cady Court * Within Registered Plan 65M-2786 only. The undersigned hereby certifies that the Public Works, described above, have been installed in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Aurora's specifications and the above noted agreement and that all municipal departments have been informed of this matter. I further certify that the maintenance period, as stipulated in the agreement, has expired, and that all deficiencies have been rectified to the Town's satisfaction, and that requirements for final acceptance as set out in Sections 3.11 and 3.12 have been complied with.
