4.1 204 Orchard Heights Boulevard - Order to Comply CE20213068
2
The Chair called the meeting to order and provided an overview of the
hearing. Mario Munguia, Case Presenter for the Town, noted that the
violation in the Order to Comply relating to the roof of the building has
been remediated. He confirmed that the only outstanding violation in the
Order to Comply is the peeling and chipping paint on the garage door,
noting that the Town is in favour of granting an extension for remediation
to allow for time to paint in warmer weather.
The Appellant requested an extension for compliance noting that exterior
paint cannot be applied in winter months. He also requested that a lien not
be placed on his property after the January 31 compliance date should the
extension be granted.
Evidence was submitted by the Town and Appellant but not entered as
there was agreement between the two parties regarding the time
extension for compliance.
The Committee recessed the hearing to deliberate at 6:39 p.m. and
reconvened the hearing at 6:46 p.m.
