Humfryes, Kim (arrived 6:08 p.m.), Mrakas (arrived 6:02 p.m.),

MEMBERS ABSENT Councillor Pirri

Mayor Dawe called the meeting to order at 6 p.m.
Council consented to recess at 6 p.m. to resolve into a Closed Session meeting and
reconvened into open session at 6:44 p.m.
1. DECLARATION OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act.
2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

THAT the agenda as circulated by Legal and Legislative Services be approved.

4. CONSIDERATION OF BUSINESS FOR WHICH NOTICE WAS GIVEN

THAT Council resolve into Closed Session to consider the following matter:
1. Litigation or potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals,
affecting the Town or a Local Board; (section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act,
2001); Re: Closed Session Report No. LLS16-008 – Morris v. Town of Aurora

THAT the Special Council meeting be reconvened into open session to rise and report
from Closed Session.

5822-16 BEING A BY-LAW to Confirm Actions by Council Resulting from a
Special Council Meeting on February 23, 2016.
