1. Procedural Notes
This meeting will be held electronically as per Section 19. i) of the Town's
Procedure By-law No. 6228-19, as amended, due to the COVID-19 situation, and
will be live streamed on the Town's YouTube Channel.
2. Approval of the Agenda

4.1 Committee of Adjustment Meeting Minutes of February 10, 2022, Meeting
Number 22-02

That the Committee of Adjustment Minutes from the Meeting Number 20-
02 be adopted as printed and circulated.

5. Presentation of Applications
5.1 MV-2022-05 - Tarighat - 6 Bailey Crescent
The owner/applicant is requesting relief from the requirements of the
Town’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 6000-17, as amended, to facilitate
the construction of a first storey and second storey addition to the
existing dwelling. The following relief is being requested:
a) Section 24.497.3.2 of the Zoning By-law requires a minimum
interior side yard of 3.0m (9.8 ft) beyond the main rear wall of
the adjacent dwelling. The applicant is proposing a second
storey addition, which is 2.3m (7.5 ft) to the interior property
line (west side); and,
b) Section 7.2 of the Zoning By-law requires a minimum interior
side yard setback of 1.2m (4 ft). The applicant is proposing a
side yard deck, which is 0.8m (2.6 ft) to the interior side
property line (west side).
The Chair invited the Applicant or Agent to address the Committee. In
attendance was the Applicant and Owner, Farhad Abdolvahabi and
Samaneh Tarighat
The Chair invited members of the public to provide comments. There were
no live delegates present to provide comments.

The Committee inquired about the proposed site plan and the dimensions
for the deck as well as the 2.3m wall. The Committee also inquired about
the provided conditions. Additionally the Committee inquired about the
relevance of the public comments received made on the application and if
there would be any impacts, given that much of the proposal is within the
existing footprint of the property.

1. That the Minor Variance Application MV-2022-05 be APPROVED,
subject to the condition in Appendix "A" of the staff report.
