1. Procedural Notes
This meeting was held electronically as per Section 19. i) of the Town's
Procedure By-law No. 6228-19, as amended, due to the COVID-19 situation.

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of

5. Presentation of Applications
5.1 C-2021-09 - Stinson - 75 Kennedy Street West
The purpose of the proposed consent application is to sever a portion of
the subject lands, municipally known as 75 Kennedy Street West, to
facilitate a lot addition to the abutting property at 77 Kennedy Street West.
The applicant is requesting provisional consent to:
a) Sever a parcel of land (Part C) with an approximate area of 0.21
ha (0.52 ac) to be conveyed and added to 77 Kennedy Street
West (Part B).
The Chair invited the Applicant or Agent to address the Committee. In
attendance was the owner, John Stinson. The owner provided a brief
description of the Consent Application in which was applied for.
The Chair invited members of the public to provide comments. There were
no live delegates present to provide comments.
The committee inquired about conditions that were included in the staff
report and whether the applicant agreed with such conditions.

1. That the Consent Application C-2021-09 be APPROVED, subject to the
conditions in Appendix “A” of the staff report.

5.2 MV-2021-22 - Chin - 76 Glensteeple Trail
The owner/applicant is requesting relief from the requirements of the
Town’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 6000-17, as amended, to facilitate
the widening of an existing driveway for a Single-Detached Dwelling. The
following relief from the requirements of the Town’s Zoning By-law 6000-
17, as amended, is requested:
a) Section 5.6.1a (iii) allows a maximum driveway width of 10.0 metres
if the lot frontage is 18.0 metres or greater, with the exception that the
maximum driveway width at the street line shall not exceed 6.0 metres.
The applicant is proposing a driveway width of 10.1 metres.
The Chair invited the Applicant or Agent to address the Committee. In
attendance was the owner, Rob Chin. The owner provided a brief
description of the Minor Variance Application in which was applied for.
The Chair invited members of the public to provide comments. There were
no live delegates present to provide comments.
The Committee inquired about the proposed driveway width of 10.1
metres.

1. That the Minor Variance Application MV-2021-22 be APPROVED,
subject to the conditions in Appendix “A” of the staff report.

5.3 MV-2021-23 - Shouyu - 99 Glensteeple Trail
The applicant is requesting relief from the Town’s Comprehensive Zoning
By-law 6000- 17, as amended, to facilitate the widening of an existing

driveway for a Single-Detached Dwelling. The following relief from the
requirements of the Town’s Zoning By-law 6000- 17, as amended, is
requested:
a) Section 5.6.1a (iii) allows a maximum driveway width of 10.0 metres
if the lot frontage is 18.0 metres or greater, with the exception that the
maximum driveway width at the street line shall not exceed 6.0 metres.
The applicant is proposing a driveway width of 10.10 metres.
The Chair invited the Applicant or Agent to address the Committee. In
attendance was the applicant owner, Richard Rong. The applicant
provided a brief description of the Minor Variance Application in which
was applied for.
The Chair invited members of the public to provide comments. There were
no live delegates present to provide comments.
The Committee inquired about the supporting documents and drawings
for the application as well as the arrangements to conduct the curb cut
and driveway widening.

subject to the conditions in Appendix “A” of the staff report.
