1. Procedural Notes
This meeting will be held electronically as per Section 19. i) of the Town's
Procedure By-law No. 6228-19, as amended, due to the COVID-19 situation.

2. Approval of the Agenda

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act.
4. Receipt of the Minutes
4.1 Committee of Adjustment Meeting Minutes of December 10, 2020,
Meeting Number 20-09
That the Committee of Adjustment Minutes from the Meeting Number 20-
09 be adopted as printed and circulated.

5. Presentation of Applications
5.1 MV-2020-26 - Stewart & Stinson - 31 Catherine Street
The owner is requesting the following relief from the Town’s Zoning By-
law 6000-17, as amended, to permit the construction of a two-storey
addition to an existing dwelling.
• Section 7.2 of the Zoning By-law requires a minimum interior side yard
setback of 1.5 metres for two-storey buildings. The applicant is
proposing a two-storey addition with an east interior side yard setback
of 0.65 metres.
The Chair invited the Applicant or Agent to address the Committee. In
attendance was the owner Jacob Stewart and the applicant Nick
Racanelli. The applicant provided a brief description of the Minor Variance
Application in which was applied for.
The Chair invited members of the public to provide comments. There were
no live delegates present to provide comments.

Seconded by Michele Boyer
1. That the Minor Variance Application MV-2020-26 be APPROVED,
subject to the conditions in Appendix “A” of the staff report.

The Chair acknowledged Clarence Lui's resignation from the Committee of
Adjustment and expressed appreciation for his contributions.

That the meeting be adjourned at 7:26PM.
