There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of

6. Matters for Consideration
6.1 Application from Shine Through the Rain Foundation
The Committee discussed the application from Shine Through the Rain
Foundation and agreed it merited funding.

1. That the application from Shine Through the Rain Foundation be
received; and
2. That the funding request be approved in the amount of $4,500.00.
