4.1 PDS24-068 - Property Matters - Updates May 2024
A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the
municipality or local board as per Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act,
2001.
4.2 CMS24-024 - Aurora Town Square Fundraising Update
Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or
local board employees as per Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act,
2001.
A matter in respect of which a council, board, committee or other body
may hold a closed meeting under another Act as per Section 239(2)(g) of
the Municipal Act, 2001.
A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any
negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the
municipality or local board as per Section 239(2)(k) of the Municipal Act,
2001.

By-law Number XXXX-24
Being a By-law to confirm actions by Council
resulting from a Council Closed Session
on May 28, 2024.
The Council of the Corporation of The Town of Aurora hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the actions by Council at its Council Closed Session held on May 28, 2024, in
respect of each motion, resolution and other action passed and taken by the
Council at the said meeting is hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
2. That the Mayor and the proper officers of the Town are hereby authorized and
directed to do all things necessary to give effect to the said action or to obtain
approvals where required and to execute all documents as may be necessary in
that behalf and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to affix the corporate
seal to all such documents.
Enacted by Town of Aurora Council this 28th day of May, 2024.
