1. Call to Order
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Council consented to resolve into a Closed Session at 5:45 p.m.
Council reconvened into open session at 6:41 p.m.
Councillor Gaertner was present for the Closed Session meeting, but not present
when reporting out occurred.

2. Approval of the Agenda
Moved by Councillor Humfryes
Seconded by Councillor Thompson
That the confidential Council Closed Session agenda be approved with the
following addition:

local board employees (Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001); Re:
Verbal Update from the CAO

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.50.
4. Consideration of Items Requiring Discussion

That Council resolve into a Closed Session to consider the following matters:
1. A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any
negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality
or local board (Section 239(2)(k) of the Municipal Act, 2001); Re: Council
Closed Session Report No. CMS22-024 – Aurora Town Square – Capital
Campaign Status Update
2. A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any
negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality
or local board (Section 239(2)(k) of the Municipal Act, 2001); Re: Council
Closed Session Report No. CMS22-025 – Provision of Cultural Services
