Further to the above applications Files D09-01-11 and D14-05-11 which have
been submitted to amend the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law 2213-78 on
the property legally described as Block C of Plan M-42 located on Elderberry Trail
north of Bloomington Rd. and west of Yonge St. I have given much thought with
regard to the two houses which may be built behind my home and my
neighbours. All the roads which run off Elderberry Trail are cul de sacs and I feel
the road leading to these two homes should also be on a cul de sac to be
consistent.

This letter has reference to our meeting on Tuesday Sept 13/11 at your
office, at which time we viewed the drawings pertaining to the above -noted
application.
For the record, our sole interest in this matter is related to any proposed
grade changes along the north east section of the property line, this area
lies in the proximity of our septic bed, which could be impacted by excess
runoff due to a significant grade change.
Since no grade changes are indicated in this area, no problems are
anticipated. We voice no objection to this application.
Our thanks and appreciation to you for making this information available to
us.
