The seventh meeting of the Council for the year w:cs held in the
Council room on Monday evening Avril 3rd.
The Mayor in the chair.
All the members present except Mr Hulse.
Minutes of l"'st meeting were read and confirmed.
A communication was received from Mr E. G. Reeves re licen.se for
Moving Picture Theatre.
Bills were received from the folloving persons Namely:-
Bell Telephone Co. (rent & convers'l.tions) (65) 26.85
do (No 135 rent ) Cr3.m 5.. 00
do (No 12 rent) w. w. 5' 00
Clerk, (postage for March) 2. 39
Clerk (expenses of committee to Toronto) 4.45
Moved by Mr Hancock Seconded by Mr Crockart that the Following
accounts be petid and th o.t the Mayor isBue orders un the Treetsurer
for the same and th'l.t the seal of the Corporation be 2.ttached to this
resolution. c .

Moved by Mr Bassett seconded by Mr Ross that the action of the
Mayor in i.ssueing orders on the Trea.surer for the p:1yment of the
follovring bills be and the same is hereby confirmed and that the seal
of the Corporation be att3.ched to this resolution.
