CS04-022 - Municipal Information Provided to the Library (pg. 34) RECOMMENDED: THAT the municipal documents, outlined in Appendix #1, be approved as the material that will be supplied by the Town to the Aurora Public Library on an on going basis, for access by the public. 2. CS04-021 - Noise By-law Exemption for the Aurora Soccer Club (pg. 39) RECOMMENDED: THAT Council approve an exemption to the Town's Noise By-law for the Aurora Soccer Club's 50th Anniversary Celebration to allow live music at Highland Park until 11:00 pm on July 17, 2004. 3. PL04-066 - Update Servicing Constraints and Allocation Issues (pg. 42) York Durham Servicing System (YDSS) RECOMMENDED: THAT Council receive Report No. PL04-066 respecting servicing constraints and allocation issues in the York Durham Sewage System; and THAT Aurora Council indicate its support of the Region of York in their pursuit of the approval permits required to allow the construction of the necessary sewage capacity to allow planned Regional growth; and THAT Mayor Jones be requested to continue to press Regional Council to provide an equitable share of the available servicing capacity to the Town of Aurora; and THAT the Ministers of Environment and Municipal Affairs be advised of the Town's concerns respecting the infrastructure delays; and THAT Staff be requested to continue to monitor this matter including attending meetings and providing information as required; and THAT staff update Council on this matter as appropriate. CS04-025 - Amendments to the Procedural By-law RECOMMENDED: (pg. 58) THAT the proposed by-law implementing the amendments included as Appendix # 5 to this report be enacted by Council at the meeting of June 22, 2004; and THAT the appropriate ad be placed in the newspaper giving notice of this proposed amendment to the Procedural By-law. CS04-023 - Heavy Truck Route RECOMMENDED: (pg. 69) THAT the Town's Parking By-law be amended by deleting Berczy St., Metcalfe St., and the portion of Edward St. from Metcalfe St. to Engelhard Dr. from the Heavy Truck Route Schedule of the by-law; and THAT the Drive Test Centre be requested to alter their examination route for large trucks to reflect the amendment to the Heavy Truck Route Schedule of the Town's Parking By-law; and THAT the truck driving school operators be advised of the prohibited use of Berczy St., Metcalfe St, and the portion of Edward St. as training streets for their clients; and THAT the businesses in the area be informed of the change to the by-law. 6. A favorable response by the Town of Aurora to the request for Official Plan amendment would enable the CSDCCS to do so.
