Re: Request for Delegation Status —
June 1, 2004 General Committee Meeting
Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique Centre-Sud (i1CSDCCS11)
The CSDCCS has submitted an application, together with Ballymore Homes, for an Official Plan
Amendment, Zoning Bylaw Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision at the north east corner of
Bloomington Road and Bayview Ave. The CSDCCS wishes to advance its plans to purchase and
develop the property for the purpose of new school construction. A favorable response by the
Town of Aurora to the request for Official Plan amendment would enable the CSDCCS to do so.
On behalf of the CSDCCS, I therefore request to appear in delegation to the General Committee
scheduled for 1 June 2004 to request that a Public Meeting on the Official Plan Amendment be
held with the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on July 13, 2004.
