BY-LAW 2661-84
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to provide for the
remuneration of the members of the
Town of Aurora Committee of Adjustment.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 43 (9) of the Planning Act, 1983, provide
that the members of a Committee of Adjustment shall be paid such remuneration
as the Council may provide;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora, has by its By-law
No. 2602-83, appointed a Committee of Adjustment to hear minor variance and
consent applications;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.THAT the members of the Committee of Adjustment shall be paid an
honorarium of $50.00 for each sitting.
2.THAT the Chairman of the Committee of Adjustment shall receive an
additional $10.00 for each sitting under subsection (1) above.

THAT the Secretary/Treasurer shall receive an honorarium of $60.00
per application heard.
THAT this By-law shall be reviewed in six (6) .. months.
THAT Town of Aurora By-law No. 2354-80, passed the 21st day of
April, 1980, be and is hereby REPEALED.
THAT the provisions of the By-law shall come into force and be effective
upon final passage therof .
