The Chair called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS
Councillor Gaertner provided an update regarding the Aurora Armoury and noted that the
building has been designated as an historic site.
Moved by Gordon Barnes Seconded by Juergen Daurer
THAT staff be directed to provide a report regarding the potential repurposing
or disposition of the Aurora Armoury to the new Parks and Recreation
Advisory Committee in 2015.
CARRIED
Committee members discussed the status of the Pricing Policy and commented on the
challenges of reviewing and setting the pricing structure. The Manager, Business Support
reported briefly on the results of Pricing Policy reviews performed within the past two years.
The Committee expressed the desire for comprehensive information and feedback to be
provided to the new Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee in 2015 on this matter and
other matters relevant to the Committee.
Councillor Gaertner expressed appreciation to the Committee members for their time and
contributions during the past term.
