The Chair called the meeting to order at 9 a.m.
1. Approval of the Agenda

Seconded by Terry Jones
That the agenda, as amended to include a discussion regarding the schedule of
upcoming meetings under New Business, be approved.

2. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act.

2. Round Table Discussion
Re: Additional Information re Committee Commitments and
Compensation from Other Appointments
The Committee discussed the progress made towards a recommendation
regarding Council compensation and the next steps involved. Further
information regarding average compensation in municipalities similar to
Aurora, as well as information concerning the role of a Councillor, was

requested. The Committee agreed that staff would provide the requested
information at the next meeting.

of the Committee be referred to staff for consideration.
