BACKGROUND Over the last few months the project team has been tracking all outstanding issues and working to find resolutions to these problems.Attached is a consolidated list of deficiencies for the AFLC.To date between the consultants,contractors and Town staff,the vast majority of noted issues have been resolved or are in the process of being resolved. Some noted concerns require further investigation as they are more complex,while others have a variety of solutions and we are working to find the correct path for the Facility and Community.Many of the issues noted have been resolved;66%of comments from the Operations staff and Facility users have been addressed.The Facility/Recreation Teams, Architect,General Contractor and Engineers are still involved in the project and will be for some time.We will find workable solutions to the outstanding issues and all future operational deficiencies.The Team commitment is to continue to work on all feasible building improvement in due course.
