The parts of Zoning By-law 6000-17, entered as Exhibit No. 2 in O.M.B. Case No.: PL170863, not in issue in any of the appeals is approved and shall be deemed to have come into force on the day By-law 6000-17 was passed by the Council of the Town of Aurora, being June 27, 2017. 2. Notwithstanding the approval described in paragraph 1, t he text and schedules of Zoning By-law 6000-17, as they apply to the property known as 5-35 Furbacher Lane, remain unapproved until the appeal by Furbacher Lane Limited et al. is withdrawn or finally disposed of, and the approval of parts of Zoning By-law 6000-17 described in paragraph 1 is without prejudice to the appeal by Furbacher Lane Limited et al. 3. Notwithstanding the approval described in paragraph 1, the text and schedules of Zoning By-law 6000-17, as they apply to the properties known as 13859, 13875 and 13887 Yonge Street, remain unapproved until the appeal by Ashlen Holdings Inc. is withdrawn or finally disposed of, and the approval of parts of Zoning By- law 6000-17 described in paragraph 1 is without prejudice to the appeal by Ashlen Holdings Inc. 4. Notwithstanding the approval described in paragraph 1, t he text and schedules of Zoning By-law 6000-17, as they apply to the property known as 255 Old Yonge Street, remain unapproved until the appeal by 2540280 Ontario Inc. is withdrawn or finally disposed of, and the approval of parts of Zoning By-law 6000-17 described in paragraph 1 is without prejudice to the appeal by 2540280 Ontario Inc. 5. Notwithstanding the approval described in paragraph 1, t he text and schedules of Zoning By-law 6000-17, as they apply to the property known as 16003 Yonge Street, remain unapproved until the appeal by 2501500 Ontario Inc. is withdrawn or finally disposed of, and the approval of parts of Zoning By-law 6000-17 described in paragraph 1 is without prejudice to the appeal by 2501500 Ontario Inc. 6.
