BYLAW - Removal of 'H' 520 Industrial - 20070717 - 493707D'\own of -1(1, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA i'"o ' '?> By-law Number 4937-07.0 BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78, as amended, being the Zoning By-Jaw of the Town of Aurora. (Industrial Parkway Medical Dental Centre Inc. -Part Lot 76 and Part Road Allowance between Lots 75 and 76, Con 1 Whitchurch, 014-07-07) WHEREAS the lands affect by this By-law are subject to a Holding "(H)" prefix in conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Section 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding "(H)" prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands; AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the "(H)" prefix preceding the "Office Commercial (H)C6-5 Holding Exception Zone", applying to the lands shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed. 2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon final passage thereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 17TH DAY OF JULY, 2007. MORRIS, MAYOR Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law No. 4937-07.0 By-law Number 4937-07.0 has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora, that the "(H)" prefix preceding the "Office Commercial (H)C6-5 Holding Exception Zone", applying to the lands is hereby removed. The By-law will allow the subject lands to be developed for office commercial purposes.
