WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) provides that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that the part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 50(5) of the said Act do not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision; · AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act exempting the lands hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS; 1.
