BYLAW - Zoning 210 Edward St - 20051025 - 470905DGathering Place of Aurora The Corporation of the Town of Aurora By-law Number 4709-05.0 BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78, as amended, being the Zoning By-law of the Town of Aurora. (210 Edward Street: D14-07-05) WHEREA~ Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended provides that the Co~ncil of a local Municipality may pass a Zoning By-law; I AND WHE~EAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacted by-law 2213-78 bEjing the Zoning By-law, as amended; ! AND WHE~EAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it advisable t~ further amend By-law 2213-78, as amended; ! I NOW THE~EFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA liiEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: ! 1. THJI\T the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" ~ttached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby amended from "General Industrial (M2) Zone" to "General Industrial (M2) Exception Zone". 2. THfi\T the following be added as Section 26.4.1 0 "General Industrial (M2-9) Exception Zone. 3. Section 26.4.10 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL (M2-9) EXCEPTION ZONE (47Q9-05.D) I 26.4 10.1 Uses Permitted In accordance with Section 26.1 Place of Worship to a maximum gross floor area of 232m 2 provided that no part of the building in which such use is located is used for any commercial self-storage facility, warehouse, industrial use, motor vehicle body shop, or motor vehicle repair garage. 26A.10.2 Zone Requirements i In accordance with Section 26.2 26.~.10.3 Outside Storage I In accordance with Section 26.3 TH~T no part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Plarlning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will ~ake effect from the day of passing thereof.
