BYLAW - Rezoning 15387 Yonge St - 20050329 - 465105D----·· -·-·-·-· ·-------------·-·-···--·-·---------------·-·------------ Ozra Mehrabi THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4651-0S.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78, as amended, being the Zoning By-law of the Town of Au rota. (15393 Yonge Street-D14•14-04) WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended provides that the Council of a local Municipality may pass a Zoning By-law; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacted by-law 2213-78 being the Zoning By-law, as amended; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it advisable to further amend By-law 2213-78, as amended; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law being Section 14.3.4 "Special Mixed Density Residential (R5-5) Exception Zone" is hereby amended by deleting and replacing the contents of that section with the following: 2. The existing building on the lands zoned "Special Mixed Density Residential (R5- 5) Exception Zone" shall only be used for: 14.3.4.1 Uses Permitted personal service shop business and professional offices excluding medical offices 14.3.4.2 Parking Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the subject property and the property abutting to the north and zoned "Special Mixed Density Residential (R5-12) Exception Zone" shall have a shared parking lot with a minimum of 16 parking spaces. 14.3.4.3 Ingress and Egress Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the subject property and the property abutting to the north zoned "Special Mixed Density Residential (R5-12) Exception Zone" shall have a shared driveway with a maximum width of 10.0 m. ·-···-·-----·· .... ·-··-·-···--·----------~------·-------------- By-law Number 4651-05.0 Page 2 of 2 3. THAT no part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. Furthermore, the rezoning allows for shared parking of 16 spaces and shared driveway.
