BYLAW - Removal of H Preserve Lands - 20051108 - 471505DPreserve Homes Corporatio[1 (Metrus) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4715-05.0 BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78, as amended, being the Zoning By-law of the Town of Aurora. (Part of Lot 21, Con 2, E.Y.S., 65M-3850, 65M-3851 & 65M- 3852, D14-15-05) WHEREAS the lands affect by this By-law are subject to a Holding "(H)" prefix in conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Section 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding "(H)" prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands; AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the "(H)" prefix preceding the "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-76 Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-77 Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-78 Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-79 Exception Zone", "Row Dwelling Residential Holding (H)R6-49 Exception Zone", and "Row Dwelling Residential Holding (H)R6-50 Exception Zone", applying to the lands shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed. 2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon final passage thereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 8th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2005. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED ath DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2005. Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law No. 4715-05.0 By-law Number 4715-05.D has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora, that the "(H)" prefix preceding the " Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-76 Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-77 Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-78 ExcElption Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Holding (H)R2-79 Exception Zone", "Row Dwelling Residential Holding (H)R6-49 Exception Zone", and "Row Dwelling Residential Holding (H)R6-50 Exception Zone", applying to the lands is hereby removed. The By-law will allow the subject lands to be developed for residential and business park purposes.
