BYLAW - Exempt Part Lot Control Plan65M 4423 Mattamy - 20150623 - 574215THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 5742-15 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Blocks 101, 103, 105, 110 and 114 on Plan 65M-4423 from Part -Lot Control (Mattamy (Aurora) Limited). WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended (the "Act"), provides that the council of a local municipality may by by-law provide that the part -lot control provisions in subsection 50(5) of the Act, does not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision as is designated in the by-law; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary and expedient to enact a by-law to exempt Blocks 101, 103, 105, 110 and 114 on Plan 65M-4423 from those provisions of the Act dealing with part -lot control; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT subsection 50(5) of the Act shall not apply to the following lands, all situated in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York: (a) Blocks 101 and 103, Plan 65M-4423, designated as Parts 1 to 13 inclusive, 65R-35601; (b) Block 114, Plan 65M-4423, designated as Parts 1 to 18 inclusive, 65R- 35602; and (c) Blocks 110 and 105, Plan 65M-4423, designated as Parts 1 to 13 inclusive, 65R-35603. 2. THAT a copy of this By-law shall be registered in the appropriate Land Registry Office on title to the lands set out herein. 3. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passage hereof, shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing, and shall expire on the 23`d day of June, 2017.
