BEING A BY-LAW to amend
Parking and Traffic Control
By-law Number 4574-04. T, as
amended, to designate Stop
Controlled Intersections at
various intersections in the
Town of Aurora (Colyton
Farms Subdivision).
WHEREAS section 137 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, as amended,
provides that the council of a municipality may by by-law provide for the erection of stop
signs at intersections on highways under its jurisdiction;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora (the "Town")
enacted By-law Number 4574-043, as amended, being the Parking and Traffic Control
By-law, on September 28, 2004;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town deems it necessary and expedient to further
amend By-law Number 4574-04.T, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule IX to By-law Number 4574-043, as amended, respecting Stop
Controlled Intersections, be and is hereby amended by inserting the following:

2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage
hereof.
