BYLAW - Removal of 'H' MI Developments - 20040713 - 456504DTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4565-04.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 Ml Developments Inc. WHEREAS the lands affect by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Section 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding "(H)" prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands; AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the "(H)" prefix preceding the "Rural General (RU-11) Exception Zone", applying to the lands shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed. 2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon final passage thereof. By-law# 4565-04.0 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, was passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 13th day of July 2004. I also certify an objection period was not applicable and the provisions of this By-law came into force and effect upon the date of final passage.
