BYLAW - Part Lot Control Minto - 20041109 - 460604D(Minto Communities (Toronto) Inc., File D12PLC-11-04) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4606-04.0 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Blocks 127, 130, and 139 on Registered Plan 65M-3678, in Aurora, from the Part Lot Control provisions as provided in subsection 50 (5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended). WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) provides that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that the part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 50(5) of the said Act do not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act exempting the lands hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. tHAT Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) shall not apply to the following lands, all situated in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York: Part of Block 127 Registered Plan 65M-3678 Designated as Parts 1 through 6 inclusive On Reference Plan 65R-27450; Part of Block 130 Registered Plan 65M-3678 Designated Parts 1 through 6 inclusive On Reference Plan 65R-27451; and Part of Block 139 Registered Plan 65M-3678 Designated Parts 1 through 6 inclusive On Reference Plan 65R-27484 2. THAT this By-law shall take effect upon the approval of the Council of the Town of Aurora, and the registration of the By-law in the proper land registry office. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
