BEING A BY-LAW to
amend By-law 2213-78
(Loblaw Properties)
WHEREAS the lands affect by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in
conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Section 34 and 36 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990;
AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding
"(H)" prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands;
AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems
it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the "(H)" prefix preceding the "Campus Commercial C9-1 Exception Zone",
applying to the lands shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of
this By-law, is hereby removed.
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon
final passage thereof.

By-law Number 4528-04. D has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora, to
"Campus Commercial (C9-1) Exception Zone", by removing the Holding provision
to facilitate the development of a supermarket use, being 15900 Bayview
Avenue, Block4, Lots 2 & 3; Blocks 8, 9 & 10, Registered Plan 65M-2874.

PASSAGE OF AMENDING BY-LAW UNDER SECTION 36 OF THE PLANNING ACT
I, Bob Panizza, hereby certify that the notice of Council's intention to consider passing an
amending by-law under section 36 of the Planning Act to remove the holding prefix was given on
the 4th day of May, 2004, in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario
Regulation 199/96, as amended, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection
36(4) of The Planning Act. By-law# 4528-04.D of the Corporation ofthe Town of Aurora, was
passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 11th day of May, 2004. I also certify an
objection period was not applicable and the provisions of this By-law came into force and effect
upon the date of final passage.
