' The purpose of the zoning by-law amendment is as follows: i) To permit a lot frontage of 13.1 metres for Lot 44 on draft plan D12-01-5A, whereas the by-law requires a minimum lot frontage of 13.7 metres; ii) To ensure the completion of a single detached residential reserve block and the residential townhouse reserve blocks created through draft plan D12-01- 5A; and, iii) To permit the completion of a landscaped buffer strip along the north side of Wellington Street East, as approved in draft plan D12-01-5A.
