BYLAW - Removal of Holding Minto - 20030513 - 443403DTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4434-03.0 BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2213-78 WHEREAS the lands affect by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Section 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding "(H)" prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands; AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the "(H)" prefix preceding the "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-74) Exception Zone", and "Row Dwelling Residential (R6-48) Exception Zone", applying to the lands (Phase I) shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed. 2. By-law# 4434-03.0 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, was passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 13th day of May 2003.
