BYLAW - Exempt From Part Lot Control Bajohn - 20030610 - 444103D(Bajohn Developments) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4441-03.0 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Lot 76 on Registered Plan 65M-2781, designated as Parts 9, 10, 11, 46, 47 and 68, Parts 12, 18, 48 and 67, and Parts 13, 19, 49 and 66 on Reference Plan 65R-20120 in Aurora, from the Part Lot Control provtstons as provided in subsection 50 (5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended). WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) provides that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that the part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 50(5) of the said Act do not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act exempting the lands hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) shall not apply to the following lands: Part of Lot 76 Registered Plan 65M-2781 Designated Parts 9,1 0, 11. 46, 4 7 and 68 On Reference Plan 65R-20120 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York Part of Lot 76 Registered Plan 65M-2781 Designated Parts 12, 18, 48 and 67 On Reference Plan 65R-20120 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York Part of Lot 76 Registered Plan 65M-2781 Designated Parts 13, 19, 49 and 66 On Reference Plan 65R-20120 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York By-law No. 4441.03.0 2. THAT this By-law shall take effect upon the approval of the Council of the Town of Aurora, and the registration of the By-law in the proper land registry office. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. 3.
