BYLAW - Exampt from Part Lot Control Bayview,Wellington - 20030325 - 442103DTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4421-03.0 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Blocks 266, 267 and 269 on Registered Plan 65M- 3573, in Aurora, from the Part Lot Control provisions as provided in subsection 50 (5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended). WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) provides that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that the part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 50(5) of the said Act do not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act exempting the lands hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) shall not apply to the following lands: Block 266 Registered Plan 65M-3573 Designated Parts 1 to 12 On Reference Plan 65R-25762 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York Block 267 Registered Plan 65M-3573 Designated Parts 13 to 23 On Reference Plan 65R-25762 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York. Block 269 Registered Plan 65M-3573 Designated Parts 1 to 15 · On Reference Plan 65R-25763 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York By-law No. 4421.03.0 Page2 2. THAT this By-law shall take effect upon the approval of the Council of the Town of Aurora, and the registration of the By-law in the proper land registry office. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. 3.
