BYLAW - Exempt from Part Lot Control Bajohn - 20021126 - 439302DTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4393-02.0 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Part of Blocks 87 and 88 on Registered Plan 65M- 2781, designated as Parts 5, 6, 7, 8 and 32, on Reference Plan 65R-20120 in Aurora, from the Part Lot Control provisions as provided in subsection 50 (5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended). WHEREAS; subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) provides that the Council of a local Municipality may by by-law provide that the part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 50(5) of the said Act do not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers it desirable to enact a by-law pursuant to the said Act exempting the lands hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 (as amended) shall not apply to the following lands: Part Of Blocks 87 and 88 Registered Plan 65M-2781 Designated Parts 5, 6, 7 8 and 32 On Reference Plan 65R-20120 Town of Aurora Regional Municipality of York 2. THAT this By-law shall take effect upon the approval of the Council of the Town of Aurora, and the registration of the By-law in the proper land registry office. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. 3. THAT this By-law shall lapse after a period of two years from the day of passing. READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME THIS 26 1h DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2002.
