BEING A BY-LAW to
Amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS the lands affected by this By-law are subject to a Holding (H) prefix in
conjunction with a zoning category, as permitted under Sections 34 and 36 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990;
AND WHEREAS Council is satisfied that the conditions for the removal of the Holding
"(H)" prefix have been met in respect of the subject lands;
AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems
it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the "(H)" Holding prefix preceding the "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential Holding (R2-66) Exception Zone" for Lots 286 to 300, 592 to 597
Draft Plan of Subdivision D12-88060 draft approved May 16, 2000 applying to
the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of
this By-law, is hereby removed.
2. THAT the "(H)" Holding prefix preceding the "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential Holding (R2-67) Exception Zone" for Lots 122 to 130, 142 to 149, 301
to 307,317, 323 to 355, 358 to 373 Draft Plan of Subdivision D12-88060 draft
approved May 16, 2000 applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A"
attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed.
3. THAT the "(H)" Holding prefix preceding the "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential Holding (R2-68) Exception Zone" Lots 131 to 141, 150 to 256, 308
to 316, 318 to 322, 356 to 357, 265 to 285 Draft Plan of Subdivision D12-88060
draft approved May 16, 2000 applying to the lands shown in shading on
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, is hereby removed.
4. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be effective upon
final passage thereof.
