BEING A BY-LAW to
amend By-law 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78.
AND WHEREAS the municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems
it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 2213-78, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule
"A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from
"Service Commercial (C3-3) Exception Zone" to "Service Commercial (C3) Zone
(Urban)."
2. THAT Section 22.4.2.1 "Service Commercial (C3-3) Exception Zone," be
amended to permit one additional automotive dealership with ancillary uses
including automotive rental, an automotive washing establishment and a
restaurant. The restaurant shall not have a floor area greater than 70 m2 . All
other provisions of Sections 22.4.2.1 through to 22.4.2.4 shall apply.
3. THAT no part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the
Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law
will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-law No. 4298-01.0
By-law Number 4298-01.0 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora, to
rezone the subject lands being Part of Lot 84, Concession 1, E.Y.S., located on
Yonge Street, north of Batson Drive from "Service Commercial (C3-3) Exception
Zone" to "Service Commercial (C3) Zone (Urban)," to rectify some zone boundary
matters and to permit the following additional exceptions within the C3-3 Zone:
One additional automotive dealership with ancillary uses including automotive
rental, an automotive washing establishment and a restaurant.
