BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (J.A Development) - 20000822 - 420000D(J.A. Developments Inc., Lot 33 & Block 38, RP. 65M-3222, 14689 Bathurst Street) THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 4200-00.D BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law No. 2213-78 as amended. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) THAT the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law remains as "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (Rl-9) Exception Zone". 2) THAT section 10.11 "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-9) Exception Zone" is hereby amended by deleting the contents of that section and replacing them with the following: 10.11.1 10.11.2 10.11.2.1 10.11.2.2 1 0.11.2.3 Uses Permitted In accordance with Section 10.1 Zone Requirements Lot Specifications Lot Area (minimum) Lot Frontage (minimum) Siting Specifications In accordance with Section 1 0.2.2 Building Specifications In accordance with Section 1 0.2.3 In accordance with Section 10.2.1 7.0 metres READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 2:t'd DAY OF AUGUST, 2000. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 22"d DAY OF AUGUST, 2000. - 2 - Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law Nnmber 4200-00.D By-law 4200-00.D has the following purpose and effect: Location The lands are located in the Town of Aurora at 14689 Bathurst Street, being Lot 33 and Block 38, Registered Plan 65M-3222. Purpose and Effect To amend By-law 2213-78, as revised, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora by revising the "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (Rl-9) Exception Zone" to change the frontage provisions. The purpose of the amendment is to permit the creation of one additional lot on the subject lands, for a total of two lots. This would permit reduced frontages of7.0 metres (22.96 ft.) for both the new and retained lots.
