By-law Number 4125-99.L
BEING A BY-LAW to authorize the
conveyance of land being Block A,
Plan M-80 to the adjoining owners
on Ransom Court.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. M.45 (as amended) authorizes Council to enact by-laws
for disposing of municipally owned land;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it expedient to divide and convey certain lands to the four (4) adjacent
owners in order to provide land increases to the rear yards of their properties;
AND WHEREAS the provisions of the Municipal Act and Land Sale By-law 3613-95.A have been
complied with;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the land described on Schedule "A" hereto is hereby declared to be surplus land;
2. THAT Council does hereby authorize the conveyances of said lands to the adjacent owners, John
and Eunice McArthur; Thomas Stephens; Robert and Allison Armstrong; and Kenneth and
Patricia McDonald on the terms and conditions set out in Town of Aurora Report C099-060.
3. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all documentation required in
connection with the conveyance thereof;
4. THAT this By-law shall come into force and effect upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 24lli DAY OF NOVEMBER, I999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS I5ffl DAY OF DECEMBER, I999.
