I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 20th day of November, 2000, and to this date no notice of appeal of the By- law has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1) THAT the zoning category applying to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Environmental Protection (EP) Zone" to "Environmental Protection Exception (EP-12) Zone". 2) THAT Section 30 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 30.3.13 "Environmental Protection Exception (EP-12) Zone": Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, a maximum of three accessory buildings to those uses permitted within the "General Industrial Specific (M5-3) Zone" shall be permitted, each having a maximum area of 20 square metres. The accessory buildings shall be governed by the provisions of 6.2. In addition to the foregoing, the temporary keeping of farm animals and horses shall be permitted within those lands zoned EP-12. 3) THAT Section 27.B.7 "General Industrial, Specific (M5-2) Zone" is hereby amended by replacing the contents of this section with the following: Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the only permitted uses shall be a parking lot and playing fields accessory to those uses permitted within the "General Industrial Specific (M5-3) Zone". 4) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law 4084-99.D By-law 4084-99.D has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-Law No. 2213-78, the Zoning By-Law in effect in the Town of Aurora, to rezone the subject lands, described as Part of Lot 85, Concession 1 EYS, from "Environmental Protection (EP) Zone" to "Environmental Protection Exception (EP-12) Zone" and to amend the provisions of the "General Industrial Specific (M5-2) Zone". The purpose of the amendment pertaining to the EP-12 Zone is to permit a maximum of three accessory buildings each with a maximum area of 20 square metres within lands zoned EP-12. These accessory buildings shall only be permitted as accessory uses to those uses within the "General Industrial Specific (M5-3) Zone", known as the Aurora Montessori School located at 330 Industrial Parkway North. In addition, the use of these lands for the temporary keeping of farm animals and horses shall be permitted. In respect of the amendments to the M5-2 Zone, the purpose of the amendment is to permit only a parking lot and a playing field, accessory to those uses within the "General Industrial Specific (M5-3) Zone", known as the Aurora Montessori School located at 330 Industrial Parkway North.
